Frontier labs have run out of public text. What they still cannot buy is the record of a company actually operating: how a month-end close really goes, how a deal gets priced, why a job was rescheduled twice. You already have it. We license it, and you get paid for records you are currently paying to store.
What we license
Not every folder is worth the same. What prices as an estate is coverage: several business functions, running back years, in the formats you actually used. One department’s export prices as a partial, and we will tell you which one you have before you move anything.
Schedules, work orders, inspections and the project files around them. The part of a business that never reaches a public dataset.
Security
Four controls, in order. Each one is a gate the data clears before the next.
You name the systems and the date range before anything is read. What sits outside that is out, and the scope is written into the agreement.
Credentials are scoped to a single extraction and held apart from the rest of our infrastructure. Read-only, and revocable by you at any point.
The pipeline runs once against what you selected, encrypted in transit, with a complete audit trail of what was read and when.
What is in scope, what is excluded and what each side owes are set before a single file moves. Ask for the agreement on the first call.
The process
Five steps, and your side of it is the first two. No engineering work required.
Ready to see a number? Fill in the scoping form and tell us what you are willing to license.
Start hereFifteen minutes. We map what you hold, which systems it sits in and how far back it goes, and give you a number.
Read-only, over OAuth, for the systems you picked. No engineering work on your side beyond making the connection.
One pass across what you selected. It runs in the background and needs nothing further from your team.
Structure stays in, and the result is checked against the spec before anyone sees it.
Wired on delivery. You also get a written read on where AI can take work off your own team, built from what we saw.
Point us at them. We handle the outreach, the agreement and the pipeline end to end. When they get paid, so do you.
Name, website, and whoever you think we should talk to. Two minutes.
The approach, the scoping call, the agreement and the pipeline. Nothing lands on you.
Your bonus settles once their own payout settles. Nothing owed if they pass.
Questions
Public text ran out. What is left unscraped is the sequence inside a company: the draft, the revision, the decision that got reversed two weeks later and the mail explaining why. That only exists on your drive, and it is the part nobody publishes. You already extracted the value from it once.
Three of the seven business functions we score, four distinct file formats, and several years of real operating history. Two hundred files is the floor and five thousand is where it gets interesting. One department’s PDF export meets none of that and prices as a partial.
Coverage first, then depth in years, then how many formats it spans. Finance and legal carry the most weight. Email and chat archives move the number most when they are there, because they are the hardest layer to get anywhere. You see a range on the first call, before anything is connected.
Nothing, and nothing is deducted from what you are paid. We cover extraction, processing and transfer. Your side of the five steps is the first two: a fifteen-minute call and one read-only connection. No engineering work beyond making it.
Nobody sits and reads them. One extraction runs against the scope you set, read-only over OAuth, with an audit trail of what was read and when. Credentials are scoped to that single run and you can revoke them. What is in scope and what is excluded is set in the licensing agreement, and we send it before anything connects.
That part is out. Client-owned material, personnel files and anything under a specific privacy regime are excluded. So is a marketing pack or a website scrape, which is not an operating record. What is left is usually still worth the call.
On delivery of the processed dataset, by wire. Two to four weeks from signature in most cases, and export speed is what moves that. You also get a written read on where AI can take work off your own team, built from what we saw in your files.
Point us at whoever owns it. We run the approach, the scoping call, the agreement and the pipeline, and nothing lands back on you. If they get paid, you get paid. If they pass, nothing is owed.
Fifteen minutes to scope it, and a number at the end.
